What Happens Here

At Boyce Machine we make quality components. We often make products for companies that have run into difficulty with their supply chain or other vendors on short notice. To do this reliably requires flexibility, adaptability and fast action on the part of our company and employees. Companies can count on our team to come through for them.

At Boyce Machine one day you may be solid modeling & setting up a machine or running production parts on a modern CNC machine. Another day inspecting parts on the latest measurement technology & the third breaking down a machine to be relocated within the shop. Nothing is fixed. Everything can be moved in the search for improved performance & capability.

The work is challenging. It often takes input of more than one person to solve the problem at hand and move forward. Job descriptions are not ‘fixed’, when needed everyone is expected to put a shoulder to the task at hand regardless of your job description. Self-actualization is the esprit de corps at Boyce Machine.

If you are highly skilled you will be called on to help teach the newer team members. If you are new to manufacturing there will be constant opportunities to learn from those with more experience.

While we work a standard 50-hour week (40 hours required) with 10 hours of paid overtime the Boyce Machine management team recognizes in today’s complex world the families of our employees need support.
